FAQ:
1. How long does shipping to the USA take?
Usually, shipping to the USA from Canada takes around 4 to 7 business days for a trackable package and 5-8 business days for standard shipping.
Unfortunately, due to new border control policies, your package could be selected for a random customs check which can significantly delay delivery time.
Please note that there is also processing time to make items before shipping them. Processing time is usually about 1-3 weeks depending on item.
2. Can I track my shipment?
You can choose the trackable shipping option on checkout to receive tracking information on your order. If you select the standard shipping option, you will not receive any tracking information.
3. What do I do if I don’t receive my order after a long time?
